Items will be shipped 3-5 days upon receiving the payment unless the item is on back order

- An email with your tracking information will be sent to your  email address within 48 hours of ORDER SHIPMENT. This means you may not receive a tracking number

- Back order items will be shipped out within 2 weeks after receiving payment or a refund will be issued back to the buyer.

- Shipping/Handling is non-refundable under any circumstances. We are only responsible for one-way shipping/handling. - No refunds are available, we can only issue
